And while there are many articles written about why you need to re-invent yourself to grow your business or become an expert or make a whole bunch of money, the best recommendations are still found in the personal realization that a new approach changes you.\n<\/p>\n
\nWe know that we\u2019ll become a better company by reaching our costumers through this journal. Even if our true strengths are usually a more visual approach, we know that writing is communication too. It is about recording thoughts on paper and compelling others to follow. To that end, our journal is like every other form of communication.\n<\/p>\n
\nAt the beginning we thought we have nothing to say, but after our journal was created we discovered how much we have to communicate to the world. Is like opening a Pandora\u2019s box. We have become better thinkers, because the process of writing includes recording our thoughts. This process has encourages us to stop and think deeper about the mission of our company. Now we go much deeper into the matters and roll we want our company to play, and the worldview that shapes it.\n<\/p>\n
\nBecoming a better company holds important benefits for the rest of our life\u2019s work. By creating our journal we have develop an eye for meaningful things. We need to make a selection of what matters to us. Writing requires a filter. It\u2019s simply impossible to talk about every design, photography, web design, event, every thought, and every happening in our blog. We have to embrace a process of choosing to articulate the most meaningful and influential things and the most important thoughts.\n<\/p>\n
